2 - 6oz cans red salmon
1 pkg cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. horseradish
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. tobasco sauce
1 tbsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. parsley
¼ tsp. worcestershire sauce
½ cup chopped pecans

Drain salmon, remove bones and skin. Add to softened cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients, except pecans, and blend well. Form into a ball, roll in pecans, then wrap in plastic. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
