8 med. potatoes, peel, chop in 1" cubes
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. favorite seasoning mixture
2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup sour cream
bacon bits
cornflakes or potato chips, opt.
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until medium done;drain.
Combine cheese and butter in saucepan over low heat until almost melted.
Remove from heat.
Blend in sour cream, onions and seasonings.
Fold in potatoes & put in greased 2 qt. casserole.
Sprinkle with bacon bits and crushed cornflakes or potato chips.
Bake 350* 25 min. until heated through
