1 c. creamy peanut butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by small spoonfuls 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack, and let cool 15 minutes.
