1 lb. ground beef
1/4 C chopped onion
1/4 t salt
1(16-oz) package frozen vegetables
1(10.75-oz) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 C milk
1 C(4-oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2(32-oz) package frozen seasoned potato nuggets.

Preheat oven to 400* ~~ Brown beef, onion and salt in a skillet over med. heat, stirring until meat crumbles and is no longer pink; drain. Spoon beef into sprayed 2 1/2 qt. baking dish. In a small bowl combine soup and milk, mix well. Layer frozen vegetables, soup mixture and cheese over beef. Top with Frozen potatoes. Bake 30 min. or until potatoes are golden.
