1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
6 skinless chicken breast halves (6-8 oz.)
2 Tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 lb. baby Bella or white button mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and seasonings in plastic bag. Add the chicken and shake well to coat. Heat oil in large skillet and sear chicken on both sides until golden brown. Place chicken in slow cooker. Saute onions and garlic in skillet until golden. Add wine and broth; stir in mustard and cook 1 minute. Spoon onion mixture over chicken. Next saute mushrooms until soft (2 minutes). Spoon over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Remove chicken and stir in sour cream. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Spoon sauce over chicken before serving.
