Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 cup dairy sour cream ½ tsp. baking soda 1½ cup flour 1 tsp. baking powder ½ tsp. salt ¼ cup butter 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla -- Topping -- ¼ cup brown sugar ¼ cup butter ¼ cup chopped walnuts 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:	Directions: Heat oven to 350ºF. Combine sour cream & soda in a medium bowl. It will double in volume. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, blend butter and sugar, then beat in eggs & vanilla. Alternately add dry ingredients and sour cream. In another bowl mix together the topping ingredients. Spread half the batter in a tube or bundt pan. Sprinkle with half the topping mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and topping. Bake for 45 minutes.
