Ingredients:
Ingredients:
11-12 cups chicken or vegetable broth
2/5 lbs red potatoes, cut into 3/4" cubes (not peeled)
2 bay leafs
2 lbs chicken Kielbasa sausage, cut in 1/2" pieces
3 large leeks, cut in half lengthwise and sliced thin
1/2 bunch kale, stems removed and cut into 1/4" strips (about 4 packed cups)
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring broth, potatoes & bay leaves to boil over med-high heat in large saucepan. Reduce to med-low and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10 min. Discard bay leaf. Using potato masher, coarsely break up potatoes, leaving some large chunks.
2. Meanwhile, cook Kielbasa in large skillet until lightly browned in spots, about 4 min. Add leeks and cook until soft, about 4 min. Add sausage/leek mixture and kale to soup and let simmer until kale is tender, about 5 min. Season with pepper (usually doesn't need salt)
