1/2 lb. cold boiled ham
3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
4 sweet pickles (chopped)
1 tbsp. pimiento (chopped)
1 cup diced celery
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste (you can also use celery salt)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the ham, eggs, celery, pickles and pimiento.
Moisten with mayonnaise.
Season to taste
Mix lightly with two forks.
Add more mayonnaise to get the ratio you desire.

My mom's ham salad was great. I did remember her making this and putting left over ham through a meat grinder to get really smooth.
