6 slices prosciutto
2 oz fresh part skim mozzarella cheese (torn into small pieces)
6 basil leaves (torn into pieces)
6 eggs
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. spray a 6 cup muffin cup with cooking spray, preheat oven to 375
2. put one slice of prosciutto into each cup covering the sides and bottom
3. divide half the cheese and basil among the cups
4. crack an egg into each cup
5. place the rest of the cheese and basil into the cups
6. bake 15 min until set
7. season with pepper and serve
