Hand full of morels, washed and cut in halves.
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 minced shallot
2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place the milk in a small bowl and soak each moral in the milk to coat.
Combine the flour and cornmeal in another bowl.
Roll each milk soaked moral into the flour, cornmeal mixture.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Heat a hot skillet with the olive oil or canola oil.
Add minced shallot.
Drop in each mushroom until golden brown.
Serve on top of grilled steaks.
