2 cups sliced rhubarb
1 large (or 2 small) packages of strawberry Jell-o
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
2 cups water
1 box of frozen strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the rhubarb in water until tender.
Drain the rhubarb and save the juice.
Combine the rhubarb juice to Jell-o, stir until 1 dissolved.
Add strawberries and pineapple.
Chill to set per package instructions.
