3 -6 cucumbers, peeled and sliced paper thin.
Salt to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. white vinegar
1 cup sour cream
Hot Hungarian paprika (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the cucumbers paper thin.
Salt cucumber slices to taste and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
Hand squeeze the excess liquid from cucumbers.
Mix the minced garlic, sour cream and vinegar in a separate bowl. Then add to the cucumbers to make a creamy mixture.
Keep in refrigerator to chill.
Just before serving - sprinkle with paprika.
Served Chilled

The trick for this is to get the cucumbers paper thin. I did use a Mandolin once and got them TOO thin, you want a little structure, but still very thin.
