1 1/2-2 lbs stew meat cut into small pieces
1 medium onion chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cups water (enough to just cover meat)
4 carrots chopped or bag of baby carrots
2 large potatoes (cut in bite size pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle stew meat with 2 tbsp flour, salt and pepper. Mix together to coat. Brown in 2 tbsp. oil.
Add onion and cook about a minute.
Add water just to cover meat. Simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender. When meat is tender, add more water if necessary when vegetables are added. Cook vegetables until tender (approx 10 minutes). Add more salt with vegetables if necessary. Thicken juice with flour and water (shaken in jar to make a medium paste) to make gravy in pan with meat and vegetables.
