1 pgk Buddig corned beef
2 (8 oz) cream cheese
4 scallions chopped
1 tsp Accent


Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, chopped beef, chopped scallions and accent together until well blended.

Roll into ball and chill. (see note)

Serve with crackers.

Tip: Place saran wrap in a bowl and put the cream cheese mixture in the bowl with on saran wrap. Pull the saran wrap up over the cheese mixture to form a ball. This way the cheese ball is wrapped for chilling. Clean up is easier.
