3 cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 teaspoon lemon or almond extract

Directions:
In medium bowl, stir together powdered sugar, water, corn syrup, and extract until smooth. Remove 3 tablespoons glaze for cookie centers; divide remaining glaze among 4 large custard cups. Tint each batch of glaze with 1 to 2 drops of food color of your choice. Place plastic wrap or damp kitchen towel over bowls to prevent glaze from drying out while you work. Store in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

To make cookie bouquet: cut six pieces of ribbon; tie bow on each cookie stick. Place a block in decorative container, trimming to fit. Insert cookies into styrofoam to form bouquet. Use shredded edible grass to cover syrofoam. (Container should be heavy enough that it will not tip with weight of cookies.
