Cake:
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey chocolate syrup
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 stick butter

Frosting:
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar. Add syrup, butter and beaten eggs. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Frosting: Mix sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Do not boil. Add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Pour over hot cake.
