1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 cup water
4 plump skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º.
Mix lemonade concentrate and water in a small bowl.
Pour over chicken in a larger bowl.
Refrigerate for at least two (2) hours.
Drain chicken and retain the liquid.
Mix together flour, salt and pepper in a small bag.
Add chicken pieces one at a time and shake to coat.
Heat oil a large skillet over medium heat.
Add floured chicken and cook until browned.
Turn pieces over carefully a few times.
Remove chicken and arrange in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.
Brush with melted butter.
Add reserved lemonade mixture.
Bake, uncovered about 1 hour, basting the chicken with lemonade from the pan every 15 minutes.
