Ingredients:  
• large cabbage,
• 6 scallions,
• 3 packages of Ramen Noodles (without the seasoning),
• 6 tablespoons slivered almonds, 6 tablespoons, sesame seeds.
• 1 cup olive oil,
• 6 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar,
• 4 tablespoons sugar,
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil,
• 1 teaspoon pepper.

1. Roast sesame seeds and almonds on 275 degrees in over or toaster oven for about 10-12 min. or until golden
2. Shred or cut one head of cabbage into bite size pieces
3. Slice scallions into small circles
4. Put into large bowl
5. Crush ramen noodles and add to bowl.
6. Stir dressing vigorously and add to salad. Mix all ingredients very well and enjoy!
