2 cups shredded zuchinni

3 eggs

1 cup oil

2 cusp sugar

2 teasp. vanilla

½ cup chopped nuts

3 cups flour

½ teasp. baking powder

1 teasp. salt

1 teasp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together until well blended.

Bake at 325º for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
