1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground chop meat
1 lb. veal
1 medium onion, chopped fine.
2 eggs
garlic salt (to taste)
Italian seasoning (to taste)
1 cup brown sugar
1 bottle of chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the firs seven (7) ingredients in bowl with 1/2 bottle of chili sauce.
Shape into meat loaf and bake at 350º for 1/2 hour.
In bowl mix remaining chili sauce with the brown sugar.
After 30 minutes, remove meat loaf from oven and pour 1/2 of chili brown sugar sauce over top and put back in the oven for 20 minutes.
Add remaining sauce about 10 minutes before done.
Remove from oven and serve.
