Ingredients:  
6 to 8 pieces of cooked chicken deboned and skinned.
1/2 cup butter, (melted)
1/2 cup flour
1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups mushrooms
1 small onion
1 bag petite green peas
potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Make a roux using the butter and flour.
Add in the curry powder.
Slowly add 4 cups chicken broth into the flour mixture, cook until thickened.
Saute the mushrooms and small onions in separate saucepan.
Rinse the bag of petite green peas.
Shred the chicken into pieces.
Mix chicken, sauted mushrooms and onions, peas with the sauce mixture.
Place in a 9X13 inch greased casserole dish.
Crumble potato chips on the top and cook for 20 minutes at 400º.
