Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cans of drained cooked chicken breast or 2 c of cooked cooled cut up chicken breasts. ( tastes better if cooked in chicken broth with some seasonings like onion and garlic salt)
1 small bag of the mini carrots ( cook until just soft)
1/2 chopped sweet onion
1-2cans of chicken broth
Noodles of your choice
Chicken seasoning ( I buy at SAMs )
Salt and pepper
Tiny pinch of nutmeg ( optional)
1tbsp flour
4tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and sauté onion. ( can add a little chopped garlic here if you like)
Stir in flour to thicken
Slowly whisk in the broth making sure to dissolve all the flour
Add cooked chicken, cooked carrots
Add seasonings to your liking.
Add salt and pepper. I like a few hot pepper flakes
Cook noodles per directions and add to pot
Simmer until hot and serve in bowls.
