Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1tbsp mayonnaise
1 sweet onion chopped
1can chopped, drained black olives
2 c frozen peas
1/2 c chopped pecans
Sliced avacodo if desired
Salt and pepper
1box of the spiral vegetable flavored pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta to just firm. Drain and cover with ice to cool. Toss and drain off the ice. Add the frozen peas and toss to thaw the peas. Add onion, olives and salt and pepper. Toss with the one tbsp of mayonnaise. I sometimes use less. Just enough to give a slight flavor. If noodles are coated rinse it off. Add a splash or two of your favorite Italian salad dressing if you want a little more flavor. This dish is more about texture than flavor. Wonderful on a hot day. Serve it cooled not hot.
