1 egg lightly beaten
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs or panko
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 package mild Italian sausage links

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º.
In a large bowl combine the egg, breadcrumbs or panko, Parmesan cheese, milk and chopped onion.
Remove the sausage from their casings.
Add the sausage meat to the bread crumbs mixture and mix well.
Shape into about 20 meatballs.
Arrange the meatballs on a shallow baking dish/pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked all the way through (160º).
Serve by themselves or with spaghetti.
