1tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1egg
1 c milk
2tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Beat egg, stir in milk and oil. Add egg mixture to dry mixture beat until smooth. Drop about a tbsp of mixture on hot ungreased griddle. Cook until bubbles appear over surface. Flip and cook other side.

To tell if griddle is hot. Sprinkle with water and if droplets dance on the griddle it is ready.
