1c soft butter
2c sugar
1/3 c cocoa
4eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c chopped nuts
1 lb mini marshmallows
Topping 1 2/3 c powdered sugar, 1/2 c butter, 1/2 c cocoa, 1/3 can canned evaporated milk

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 Mix butter sugar cocoa. Stir in eggs. Add flour vanilla salt and nuts. Stir. Pour into greased 1 inch deep baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until done. Prepare the topping by mixing all the ingredients I cook the topping a little to mix it but you do not have to Pull the hot pan from the oven and top with the one pound of mini marshmallows. Bake for 3 minutes. Take from the oven and immediately add the frosting. I serve it warm with ice cream.
