2 c flake coconut
1/4 c butter or margarine, melted
2 2/3 c cold milk
1 pk 6oz chocolate pudding & pie filling
1 c cool whip, thawed
1/3 c flake coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter & 2 c coconut. Press evenly into a 9" pie pan. Bake at 300º for 20 - 30 min, or til golden brown. Cool.

Pour milk into bowl. Add pie filling mix; beat slowly with hand mixer or lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 min. Pour into coconut crust. Chill 1 hr
Garnish with whipped topping & 1/3 c coconut.
