15 cups popped corn
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 200*. Have ready 2 large cookie sheets with rimmed sides.
Place popcorn in a large bowl and butter a large spoon.
In a sauce pan, heat b. sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt stirring occasionally until bubbly around the edges. Then continue cooking over medium heat 5 minutes.
Add the vanilla and stir well, cooking another minute or two. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Will be foamy. Pour over popcorn and stir until coated.
Divide between cookie sheets and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min. Cool and store in air tight container.
