1 - 2 lb beef flank steak
Marinade:

1/2 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 Tablespoon ginger
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon red Cayenne pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve 1/4 cup marinade.

Mix together ingredients and marinate flank steak for up to 24 hrs. Discard juices and grill 15 to 20 min turning once (10-16 min for medium rare).
Warm remaining marinade to reduce and serve over meat.
Let steak rest 5 minutes and slice very thin across grain.
