5 slices bread
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
flour
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the bread in water.
Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla and milk.
Pour over the bread.
Coat the raisins in flour and add to the mixture.
Bake at º375.
When a knife is stuck in the pudding and it comes out clean, it is ready.
Serve hot or cold.
