1 1/2 - 2 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/8 cup unseasoned finely ground bread crumbs
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup ketchup
salt/pepper to taste
Shake of garlic salt
Shake of Allspice
Sauce:
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 Tablespoon red wine or cooking wine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350*
In a large mixing bowl break apart hamburger and top with egg, bread crumbs, b. sugar, ketchup, salt/pepper, garlic salt, Allspice. Stir well and pat into circle or loaf shape in a 9x9 glass baking pan.
Sauce:
Mix ketchup, b. sugar and wine together. Reserve half for later and spread the rest over meatloaf. Cover and bake for 35-45 min. When it looks almost done, then you can drain off any fat and spread remaining sauce just over top. Bake uncovered another 10 min. Remove from oven and let rest before slicing. Serve with ketchup
