2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c milk
1 c bread crumbs
2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 1/2 t dried dill weed
1/4 t allspice
1/4 t nutmeg
2 T butter
1 c onion
Sauce:
1/4 c butter
1/2 t dill weed
1/2 c flour
2 cans beef broth
1 pt half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter, then add onion to all ingredients and mix well. Form into balls, brown and put in casserole. For sauce: melt butter, add flour then broth. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add half and half and dill weed. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
