1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding (3 oz.)
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup light rum
1/4 cup water
Chopped pecans
Whipped Cream

Icing:
1 cup sugar
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup rum

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
Combine the eggs, oil, light rum and water.
Blend
Stir in the cake and pudding mixes. Stir until smooth.
Put chopped pecans in the bottom of the pan.
Pour in batter.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Boil the icing mixture 2 to 3 minutes, until smooth.
Slowly pour over the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
Allow to stand for 30 minutes before removing it from the pan.
