1 head Romano Lettuce,
1 head Red Leaf Lettuce,
1 head Green Leaf Lettuce,
1 Chopped Red Onion,
Black Olives, cut into circles,
1 Sweet Red Pepper, cut into strips,
Romano-Parmigano cheese,
Grilled Chicken Breast, cut into strips (see below)*

Mixed the well- washed and dried greens in a large salad bowl,
Add the Chopped Red Onion, Black Olives, Sweet Red Pepper, and the Grilled Chicken Breast,
Toss well,
Pour on the Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, (recipe in cookbook,)
Sprinkle on some Romano-Parmigano cheese and EAT!!!

*Grilled Chicken Breast:

Clean and remove any skin on chicken breast.
Season with:
Sazon - 1 packet
(a Spanish seasoning Note: makes chicken and fingers orange!)
1/2 - 1 tbsp oregano
1/2 - 1 tbsp basil
1/4 - 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 - 1 tbsp onion powder
Salt (to taste)
Fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
Place on a grill pan and
Grill under broiler or on a gas or charcoal grill.
