1 small tin red salmon
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
pinch nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lightly beaten egg, milk, nutmeg, salt & pepper. Drain and debone salmon, saving the juice. Add cracker crumbs & salmon including juice to egg mixture. Place in well buttered loaf pan.

Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes.

Serves 2-3 people
