green mango 2 peeled
red and green peppers sliced thinly 4 oz
salt & pepper to taste
lime juice 2 limes
vegetable oil 3tbsp
garlic chopped 2tbsp
green onion sliced how many you woud like
crunchy peanut butter 3 tbsp
brown sugar 3 tbspn
red onion 1/4 chopped really small

Directions:
Directions:
cut mango into julienne strips & place in large bowl add peppers with salt and lime juice set aside.
heat vegetble oil in frying pan and cook garlic and green onion until soft. add pb, sugar, until PB is melted.
Stir well and remove from heat. pour over mango and peppers in bowl. add red onion and mix thorougly. chill completely.
