1 lb. Pork Sausage
5 strips of bacon (cut up)
6 green onions chopped
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 1/2 cups wild rice (washed and rinsed)
3 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage and add bacon and onions.
Add the rice and stir fry for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and the chicken broth.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
If it's too watery, you can thicken with cornstarch and water.
