1 (8 oz.) pkg noodles, cooked
1 cup shredded ham
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
Salt & Pepper to taste
1-1/2 cups milk
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 can peas, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter and add the flour, stirring for several minutes to lose the "floury" taste. Add the salt and pepper. Add the milk and cook until thick. Fold in the cooked noodles and the shredded ham. Pack the mixture into a greased loaf pan. Set the pan in a larger pan with an inch of water at the bottom. Cook for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Let casserole set for a few minutes and unmold onto a platter. Pour the heated tomato soup and the drained, heated peas over the top.

This casserole was made for a baby shower lunch in my honor in 1960. I've made it many times over the years. For some it's a family favorite . . . for others, not so much!
