1 pkg. slice and bake sugar cookies
1 sm. thing of strawberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapples
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 or 2 bananas
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp tapioca
1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese

Slice and lay cookies on a pizza pan touching one another. Bake according to directions on package. Cool completely Drain pineapples and oranges into a pan saving the juices. Mix room-temperature cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Spread over cookies. Top with fruit. Mix juices with tapioca and bring to a boil. COOL and pour over fruit. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
