Ingredients:  
1 cup pecans
2 tsp. butter
4 tsp. minced onion
16 oz. soft cream cheese (soft)
4 tbsp. milk
5 oz. minced dried beef
1 cup sour cream
(crackers to serve on)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pecans in butter.
Mix all the remaining ingredients. Place into a 1 2/2 quart baking dish.
Top with pecans.
Chill until ready to serve.
When ready to serve bake it in a 350º oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers to spread on.
