5 Qts popped popcorn
1c packed brown sugar
1/2 c butter
1/4 c light corn syrup
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 qt dish,put brown sugar, butter and syrup. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Cook, syrup until comes to a full boil. Microwave on high another 2 minutes.
Next add:
1/2 tsp baking soda, & 1/2 tsp vanilla( it will foam)
Generously , Spray inside of a brown paper grocery bag. Put popped popcorn in , pour syrup mixture in. SHAKE WELL- It will be hot,watch so you don't burn your hands.
Microwave bag on high for 1 1/2minutes. shake and turn bag, microwave another 1-2 minutes, on high. Take it out- shake well, put back in another 1 1/2 minutes on high.
Take out tear open- laid out on counter- top cool. Once cool enough to handle- break apart, stirring often and let dry. Store in zip lock bags.
