1 c butter, softened - not melted
1 c sugar
2 eggs
4Tbsp milk.
Mix together- Add: 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla, dash of salt.
Add 21/2 c - 2 3/4 c flour. You will pick up more flour as you roll them out.

CHILL OVER NIGHT- Roll out to your desired cut out cookie thickness.
Bake @ 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes. WATCH! they turn brown quick

Frosting:
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp mil;k
1 tsp vanilla
1 bags powdered sugar
