1 yellow cake mix
1 cup water
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 box chocolate instant pudding
1 box vanilla instant pudding
2 cups milk
1/3 cup sugar with 8 drops yellow food coloring
1/3 cup sugar with 8 drops red food coloring
1/3 cup sweet vermouth

Directions:
With electric mixer, mix together for 2 minutes yellow cake mix, water, eggs and oil. Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. In a small mixing bowl, mix vanilla pudding and 1 cup milk with mixer for 1-2 minutes. repeat with chocolate pudding in another small bowl Put both pudding bowls aside in fridge to keep cool. In a small bowl mix well the sugar and yellow food coloring. Cut each mini cake along the natural middle line. Dab each of the rounded sided of each cake with vermouth, then roll one of the rounded sides in yellow sugar and the other side in the red sugar. One peach will consist of of yellow sugared side and a red sugared side. You should have equal amounts of both
On each of the flat sides of the yellow sugared, smear a small amount of vanilla pudding. Do the same with the red sugared side and chocolate pudding
Put together a vanilla and chocolate side of mini peach cakes
Makes 15-18 peaches
