2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
8 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup butter
8 tbsp milk
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Frosting-
1/2 cup margarine
6 tbsp evaporated milk
4 tbsp cocoa
3 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first three ingredients. In sauce pan combine next 4 ingredients, cook stirring constantly until it comes to a boil. Stir into sifted ingredients and blend well. In measuring cup combine next 3 ingredients, stir until mixed, add to previous mixture, add eggs and vanilla and blend well. Pour into greased sheet pan and bake at 350º for 20 minutes
Frosting-
In sauce pan combine margarine and can milk. Cook stirring well until well blended. Remove from heat and add cocoa, vanilla and walnuts. Add enough icing sugar to make icing, pour over hot cooked cake in pan.
