2, 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
1, 1 oz pkg ranch-flavored dip mix
1 c. crushed pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese & dip mix in food processor. Shape into ball. Roll in crushed pecans. Make a day or two before serving and store in refrigerator. Serve with salted crackers.
