2 lb steak cut into strips
4 eggs
1½ c cornstarch
water

Sauce:
2 tbsp oil
1½ c grated carrots, celery, green pepper
¼ c green onion
½ c gingerroot
2 cloves garlic
1/3 c soya sauce
¼ c cooking wine
¼ c vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 c sugar
1 tsp chili flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg and cornstarch, add water a little at a time to form thick past. Coat steak, deep fry til crispy, about 4-5 minutes.

Saute veg's, add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Add beef and serve with rice
