1 lb spare ribs
salt
pepper
2 clove garlic
1 tsp soya sauce
2 heaping tsp sugar

1 egg
½ tsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate ribs in first 5 ingredients for 20-30 minutes. Break in 1 egg and mix well. Add cornstarch to coat ribs and deep fry at 375º til done
