1 clove garlic cut in ½
1 can condensed chicken broth
2 can cheddar soup
1 c water
½ c dry white wine
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 lb shredded emmenthal or gruyere
¼ tsp nutmeg
dash black pepper

Rub inside of slow cooker with cut sides of garlic. Discard. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour. Serve with bread and veg's
