3 c icing sugar
2/3 c cocoa powder
1/3 c milk
2 tsp vanilla
½ c butter, cut up
½ c chopped pistachio
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and cocoa. Stir in milk and vanilla. Mix well, place butter pieces on top. Microwave high for 3 minutes or til bubbly. beat til smooth, stir in nuts. Spread in 8" buttered baking dish. Sprinkle crushed nuts over top and pat down. Chill 1 hour
