1½ lb beef
½ c worcestershire
½ tsp mrs dash extra spicy
1 tbsp liquid smoke
½ tsp pepper
½ c soya sauce
½ c brown sugar
1 tbsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Slice meat into ¼" strips, no fat. Combine all ingredients into ziploc bag, add beef. Refrigerate 6-8 hours. Plase in shallow baking dish in single layer. Bake at 140º-160º for 8-10 hours, blot occasionally with paper towel. It is done when it cracks but does not break when bent. Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 2 months
